Easy Banana Bread Recipe
1 cup banana, mashed (not plantain bananas)
2 pieces raw eggs
1 & ½ cups all- purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly until everything is evenly distributed.
Add in the other ingredients: eggs, mashed bananas, cooking oil, and vanilla essence.
Mix well with the dry ingredients until a batter is formed.
Grease a loaf pan and pour- in the batter mixture.
Preheat oven at 350 F or 177 C.
Bake the batter mixture for 1 hour or until it passes toothpick test.
Remove the loaf pan from the oven then allow to cool down for a few minutes.
Transfer the banana bread to a serving plate.
You may put the bread in the fridge to cool or serve immediately. Slice and enjoy!
