Sago and Fruit Mix Recipe


  • 1 cup tapioca ( sago )

  • 1 can of coconut milk

  • 1 cup sugar

  • Fresh fruits

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Boil half a pot of water

  2. Put in tapioca. Cook for 5 minutes until opaque, then remove.

  3. Pour coconut milk into the pot.

  4. Add 1 cup water and bring to boil. Stir to prevent clotting.

  5. Add sugar to taste, stir well, and remove from heat.

  6. Add cooked tapioca and stir well.

  7. Add some sliced fresh fruit ( strawberry slices, orange wedges, etc.)
